SKIN CARE: ACNE CHECKLIST
Hi,
I'm going, to be honest with you... I have acne and acne scars. However, I have been doing certain things to make my skin condition better and I can tell you, I have seen huge improvements in my skin.
Overview: I'm on my 2nd in college and because of the stress is hard to me to eat healthily or do exercises, sometimes I eat the first thing that comes to my mind and I know that is not the best choice sometimes. So on this year I have been trying to be more healthy and for this, I have been researching about this and I have been talking with my dermatologist he give me some advice that I want to share with u guys
I was really depressed and usually avoided talking to people, especially my crush... I found it hard to make friends and so I was alone pretty much all the time, which really stressed me out.
I am eating much healthier and I have done this tips and looking after my skin much better!
ACNE CHECKLIST (every skin is different, this is what is working for me!!!!!********)
- wash your pillows once every month
- wash pillowcase every other day
- drink green tea
- drink 100% cocoa drink with no sugar and no milk... if you cant stand it without milk use almond milk... you'll get used to this!
- maca powder for acne
- carob powder for acne... sort of like cocoa powder also loaded with antioxidants... I mix carob powder and cocoa powder together to make hot chocolate!
- go out in the sun for 15- 20 minutes... sun's light can kill bacteria... not too long out in the sun!
- workout 15-20 minutes 4-5 times a day... reduces stress and gets rid of toxins in the body
- reduce stress by journaling, coloring, watering the plants, doing yoga, listening to music, dancing in front of the mirror, acting in front of the mirror, singing...
eat sweet potatoes
- eat chia seeds, salmon, quinoa, oats, goji berries, green vegetables...
- avoid white potatoes, bad carbs, sugar!!!!!!
- Oil Cleansing Method... I use olive oil and coconut oil
- honey face mask... manuka honey is much more effective but I understand it can be expensive
- drink loads of water
- clean your room often, sweep the dust off... even your walls... EVERYTHING!!!!
- get plenty of sleep
- Apple Cider Vinegar as toner.. great for acne scars!!
- tea tree oil mixed with a little bit of coconut oil... coconut oil doesn't break me out as long as I take it off properly and don't leave it on for too long
- be happy
- the law of attraction.. visualize yourself with clear skin
- detox your body and get rid of heavy toxic metals in your body
- try chlorophyll or spirulina
- limit fruits... I know they're good for you but they're full of sugar:(
- clean your phone
- stop picking!!!!!
- try taking supplements such as vitamin a and e and zinc
- clean makeup stuff... try not to wear that much makeup, please!!!!
- witch hazel toner for acne and acne scars
- aloe vera gel for acne and acne scars
- don't forget to fucking moisturize!!!!!!
