BOSS BABE: TIPS FOR CONFIDENCE AND SELF LOVE


YOUR COMFORT ZONE WILL KILL YOU

It's important to push yourself to get out of your comfort zone in order to grow and gain confidence
Make a list of things you want to do but are too afraid to do or things you never thought you'd have the opportunity to do. 
next, to each thing write down why you're afraid to do it and what you are going to do to overcome that fear.
  • singing in front of people.
  • this scares me because I get really nervous and usually make tonnes of mistakes because of this.
  • How to overcome it? post a short video cover on Instagram. People will see it so it's out of my comfort zone but since I'm not live if I mess up I can just redo it till I get a good take.

GET INSPIRED

  • Watch movies and Netflix series that motivate you
  • Watch motivational Youtube videos or just watch your favorite Youtubers that inspires you etc
  • Read books and magazines that inspire you and get you excited about life
  • Create a We Heart It collection of motivational quotes, your goals and people, places and things that inspire you.

surround yourself with positive people and things that make you feel alive! 
When you're happy with yourself and what you are doing and are constantly inspired, you will be so busy doing what makes you happy, surrounded by people that make you happy you won't have time to care about what people think.

SELF CARE

  • Eat healthier
  • drink more water
  • Get enough sleep
  • look up skincare tutorials on Youtube and try them out or just wash your face and moisturize regularly.
  • look up hair care tutorials and learn how to care for your hair
  • exercise
When we look after ourselves and feel healthy it has a positive effect on our emotions and how we perceive our selves. When we feel gross we don't feel confident at all!

SELF LOVE AND SELF GROWTH

This ties in with the previous point but is more of the emotional and mental care rather than physical.
  • Make time to do things you enjoy whether you like drawing, sport, dancing, reading, make up art, bullet journaling the list is endless
  • Work every day to create the life you want to live and to create the person you want to become.
  • write down your goals and work towards them.
How others see you, is not important. How you see yourself means everything
