Healthy Breakfast Ideas + Smoothies

Hey guys. Today I wanted to share with you some quick and easy, breakfast recipes. They take little to no effort, so they're perfect for a busy day. They're also a healthier alternative which is great for getting all your nutrients in. Let's get started!
Oatmeal Pancakes
1 cup of old-fashioned oats
1/4 cup of milk (or a non-dairy milk)
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (don’t worry you won't taste it at all)
1 tbsp maple syrup
vanilla extract (optional)

Avocado on toast
Slice of Whole grain bread
half an avocado
sunny-side egg (optional)
pinch of salt

“Chocolate Nice-cream”
2-3 frozen bananas (frozen overnight)
1/4-1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (for the chocolate version)

You can also add topping as pictured

Tropical mango and pineapple smoothie
3/4 cup mango
3/4 cup pineapple
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup coconut water (almond milk or water)
1/4 cup fresh mango
1 sliced kiwi
2 dates, pitted

“Coffee Ice cream”
2-3 frozen bananas (frozen overnight)
1/4 cup strong espresso coffee
honey/sugar/artificial sweetener
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (or coffee extract, if you have some)
Optional: 1/2-1 TBSP of unsweetened cocoa powder

Berry Oatmeal
1/2 cup of Oatmeal
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp Honey (agave or maple syrup)
Pinch of Cinnamon or however much you'd like
Top with some berries (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries)
