Smoothie of the week # 1

Today I had an idea and I really want to try it. Every week, I'll write an article about my favorite smoothie or a new one I tried. I hope you'll enjoy it!
Today I had an idea and I really want to try it. Every week, I'll write an article about my favorite smoothie or a new one I tried. I hope you'll enjoy it!
So the first smoothie I'll talk about is my all-time favorite. I call it the Sunrise because it's yellow and bright like the sun.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup of Yogurt ( Mine's vanilla cause I don't really like Greek Yogurt but it's your choice)
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1 Banana
- 1 teaspoon of honey or other sweeteners if needed
Instructions
1. Put all ingredients in a blender
2. Blend until smooth and serve.
3. Enjoy :)
Admito, manga não é a minha furta favorita! Mas acho que poderia substituir essa fruta por outra e manter a mesma base! :)
