in today's blog I will be giving you some smoothies recipes that you should try.
1) Cherry & Pineapple smoothies:
⦁ Ingredients :
◍ 1 Cup of Cherries.
◉ 1 Cup of Pineapple.
◍ 1 Cup of Orange Juice.
◉ ½ Cup of yogurt.
◍ ½ of Banana.
◉ ½ ice as needed.
(Fresh Fruits of frozen)
◉ 1 Cup of Pineapple.

⦁ Instructions:
1) Wash, dice, and prepare ingredients.
2) Combine all ingredients in a blender.
3) Cover and blend until smooth (roughly 30 seconds).
4) Pour your smoothie into a travel cup for a breakfast on the go.

2) Healthy Plum smoothies:
⦁ Ingredient:
◍ 3/4 Cup of Plum.
◉ ¼ Cup of yogurt.
◍ ¼ Cup of water.
◉ ¼ Cup frozen preaches.
◍ ⅔ cup ice.
◉ ¼ Cup of yogurt.

1) Put all the ingredients and the blender, and blend until it's smooth.

◍ 1 pineapple, cut into chunks & half of them frozen.
◉ 1 cup (150 g) of frozen strawberries.

◉ 3 scoops frozen vanilla yogurt.
◍ ⅔ cup ice.

1) Put all the ingredients and the blender, and blend until it's smooth.

4) Kiwi Banana Smoothie
⦁ Ingredients:
◍ 5-6 kiwis, (sliced and frozen).
◉ ½ cup (120 ml) milk.
◍ 1 handful of fresh spinach.
◉ 1 cup (240 g) Greek yogurt.
◍ 2 large bananas, (sliced and frozen).
◉ ⅔ cup ice.

1) Blend kiwi, spinach and half of the milk until smooth, pulsing as

5) Skinny Piña Colada Smoothie:
⦁ Ingredients:
◍ 3 ½ oz (about ½ cup) fresh pineapple.
◉ 6 oz Almond Breeze almond coconut milk.
◍ ⅔ cup ice.
◉ 1 cup (240 g) Greek yogurt
◍ 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
◉ ½ medium ripe frozen banana.
◍ 1 tbsp sweetened shredded coconut.
◉ 6 oz Almond Breeze almond coconut milk.
◍ ⅔ cup ice.
◉ 1 cup (240 g) Greek yogurt

1) Place all the ingredients in the blender except for the coconut and blend until smooth.

⦁ Ingredients:
◍ 1 apple
◉ 1 cup coconut water.
◍ 2 ripe bananas, peeled.
◉ 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract.
◍ 2 cups frozen strawberries.
◉ ⅔ cup ice.
◍ 1 cup coconut milk, from the can for the best creamy texture.
◉ 1 cup coconut water.
◍ 2 ripe bananas, peeled.

1) Place all the ingredients in the order listed into a blender.
2) Blend starting on low and working up to high speed. Blend until completely smooth, using the tamper if necessary to keep the mixture moving.
3) Serve immediately, or refrigerate and serve within 4-6 hours.

⦁ Ingredients:
◍ 1 cup grapes.
◉ 1 cup blackberries
◍ ¼ cup yogurt
◉ ½ tbsp honey
◍ ⅔ cup ice.

1) put all the ingredient in the blender and start to blend until it's start to be smooth.

8) Mango Blackberry Smoothie:
⦁ Ingredient:
◍ 3 cups frozen mango chunks.
◉ 2 cups frozen blackberries.
◍ 2 ripe bananas, peeled.
◉ 1 - 16 ounce (mango juice).
◍ 1 cup coconut water.
◉ 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract.
◉ 2 cups frozen blackberries.

⦁ Instructions:
1) Place all the ingredients in a blender.
2) I blend until the smoothie is smooth with most of the blackberry seeds intact. This is just a preference thing, you can blend until it's completely smooth if you'd like.
3) Pour into containers.
